Ryedale Family History Group – January Meeting

Ryedale Family History Group start off the New Year with an open meeting on Wednesday 18 January at 7.30pm at a new venue, The North Yorks Moors National Park Office, The Old Vicarage on Bondgate, Helmsley YO62 5BP.

The theme for the evening is ‘My Most Interesting Family Member’. This could be someone in your family who went off on an adventure, was an artist or craftsman, actor, writer, or changed the course of your family history by moving area or changing jobs. Perhaps there was a family secret or a story that relates to your family that has been passed down the generations, or an award or recognition of a family member for their achievements.

Freda Shaw, Programme Secretary said,

This is an informal meeting for anyone to come along and take part by sharing your family stories about your most interesting family member, the perfect event on a winters evening.”
